Aunt Gretchen bought Isaac a Curious George book. But Aunt Wendi bought a monkey that makes weird noises. Isaac likes both. and finally, a clip of Mommy singing Isaac's favorite song.

Christmas with Natalie

Isaac loved his present from Natalie. It took Daddy too long to get it ready so Isaac took off to do something else.

Actually, this Christmas, Natalie is nowhere to be found. Isaac walks around the house looking for her. But we did get some Christmas presents from Natalie and her family, as they had our names for Christmas. (side note, Uncle Nathan better like his gift or we are taking it back).

December

It's been a while since we have posted. Thanksgiving and a group of students from Grace Bible College has come and gone, fall has left and winter has come, with snow falling this afternoon. We are excited for a new addition soon and for Christmas as well.

Halloween

On Halloween, an innocent blue eyed baby was transformed into a monster, Frankenstein. He crossed his fingers that he would create havoc and destruction, but fortunately, his master trapped him in a cage. We could not show you the picture in case the Department of Social Services caught us. We don't want anyone messing with Frankenstein!

First Haircut

Isaac was awaken from his afternoon nap for a haircut. Daddy just got his haircut, and now it was time for a trim for Isaac. He doesn't look happy because of the rude awakening. But later on, he began to like the thought of a new trim. Actually I gave him pretzels.

But he does look sharp.

Isaac loves Sesame Street

Isaac loves Sesame Street, especially when Elmo goes over the weather. He loves it when Elmo gets blasted by the wind or snow.

Trip to Lancaster

Jennifer and Isaac and I ventured into Lancaster, PA. This is big time Dutch country. Jennifer wanted Isaac to experience his roots.

It was good to see him, and Isaac was very happy.

Time Flies By

A lot has happened since we last posted. Mainly "someone who is pregnant and forgetful" put the base, cord, and wires in a spot that was well hidden. I think she would like to blame Isaac, but not so. But regardless we found it today, and after a peace offering we are now able to post pictures of the talented and beautiful Isaac.

We went on a family outing to a pumpkin patch/hayride extravaganza. We had a lot of fun. Isaac got to see horses and donkeys and pick his own pumpkin. He liked it when the donkey made weird sounds..

How about those Yankees

Isaac loves the Yankees, like his grandfather Records. (we think grandpa Teitsma is a Yankee fan too)

He loves hugging this bear, it's really a metaphor for the Yankee season. Isaac brings this bear to life, Joba brought the Yankees to life.

Isaac is healthy

Isaac got a bad fever on Sunday, just hours before we were supposed to get on a plane and meet his grandparents in Florida for vacation. We praise God that Isaac is out of the hospital now. He had some great nurses and doctors (along with a few not so great, but that's ok). Here he is eating his first meal in 4 days. He lost a pound, but he looks to be shaping up well. Thank you all for your prayers.
