Father's Day

Happy Father's Day Daddy. The only thing daddy wanted was to swim with his little buddy.
He was a little tired after eating with great grandma and playing with grandpa, but once we got in the water it was awesome!

1st Day at Town Park

Wayne has like 25 parks, and it's counted as a park even if it's a little patch of grass with 2 park benches...but here is Isaac at his first day in the park. He saw several rabbits and made his "I see a doggy cry" Silly Isaac. rabbits are for kids.

Climbing the Stairs

Last week, Isaac crawled out of the living room. I went and found him on stair #2. He climbed up stair #6, before giving way to total exhaustion. But mommy helped the rest of the way. Yay Mommy!!

Trouble

Isaac loves to crawl around the house. He copies Curious George and sometimes gets in trouble. Like the time Curious George bought a 100 dozen donuts. Isaac did that the other day.

Padawan Jedi

Isaac misses his Padawan Jedi. As Isaac is becoming a Jedi Knight, he misses his 2 little Padawans: Natalie and Caleb, and he looks forward to a new girl cousin Padawan to train, little girl nathanmarenrecords.

28-19

Milwaukee has started off this season very hot. As my ole friends from Olney, Illinois would attest to, the Cardinals and Cubs have stunk it up. The Brew Crew have used this opportunity to jump out to a huge lead. And today, they called up their best positional player from the minors. Mr. Ryan Braun. We are very excited about this call up in Brewer land. He should solidify their lineup, giving them a potent lineup. (We won't discuss his defense, but just to say he's getting better)

We are cautiously optimistic about the Brewers. Just enjoy the ride:
Hey New York, you gotta go through us this October!

Memorial Day- Monday

In Honor of the many men and women who have served our country with bravery, courage, and strength, preserving our freedom and desiring others in this world to have freedom and democracy as well, God Bless You.

I thank God for the freedoms that we do have, for the soldiers who sacrificed for us today. May we never take this for granted.

Brewers 24-10

Brewers in the World Series? Maybe. At 24-10, best record in the big leagues, the Brewers are off to their best start in years, and their biggest division lead in 25 years. I am very excited and Isaac and I have been following the Brewers through www.mlb.com/gameday... it's not really watching the game, but it is free!! I paid for the baseball package 3 times (1 on directv, and 2 on MLB) and they were terrible. So this year, I thought I wouldn't do it and maybe they will win...
Their pitching staff is the best in the bigs. They have 5 (6?) good-solid starters, their bullpen is amazing, and they are a young team. They have great power numbers, with Weeks, Hardy, Fielder, Estrada, Jenkins leading the way. They still have not hit their stride yet. Bill Hall is not hitting well, but they are winning. That is what matters. Solid pitching and clutch hitting will win ball games.
