March 09

Grandpa Records was one of the finest men anyone could ever know. He was a pastor of many years, faithful to his bride of 62 some years, and a great father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is now with the Lord, going home on Sunday afternoon.

Last night after church we watched a little bit of the wbc baseball classic. Isaac sat Elmo down in front of the TV and kept saying "Elmo, baseball." I think he thinks Elmo is his best friend and he wanted to watch baseball with him.

Spring is in the air. We are excited about the warmer weather, going on walks, and spending time in our lovely backyard. The boys are getting bigger everyday, and occasionally even loving each other.

I am very sorry for your loss.

Isaac has pretty good pitch! I see the cereal bandit is still at it. And wow, those Thomas trains bring back lots of memories. Be prepared for that to last many years. Take them to see real Thomas sometime.

I was going to say practically the same thing....Karl, I'm so sorry about the loss of your Grandpa, but I'm excited for him about where he is right now---he's hanging out with my grandpa praising the Lord!

And seriously, Isaac's pitch is dead on! Can I recruit him now for the musical in middle school??
