Today is grandpa's birthday. Here he is with one of his grandchildren, wearing the ole " The Fast and the Curious" shirts. You would think he would have gotten his grandson the shirt, but oh well.

Goodbye to Favre

Thanks for the memories Brett. Now we get to see you in a different uniform. It's like seeing Gretchen in her FOP jersey. Just doesn't seem right.

Happy Birthday Isaac

Today is birthday #2 for our big guy. He will spend some time playing with our sweet baby sitter, and then eating some popcorn chicken. Later he will take a nap and then play with his daddy.

Favre Update

As a big

Packer fan, I am following the sage with Brett Favre with great interest. As I am both a Favre fan and a Packer fan, I would like to see both sides have what the want. I think Brett gives the Packers the best chance to win this year. I do see the side of the management. I do not envy their position.

It seems everyday there is a new story breaking. We will try to update it and give our unsolicited opinion. Who knows where #4 will end up in Week One.

Could I see him in a different uniform? No. But it is his right to keep playing if he wants to. I can't fault him for that. Just hope that it turns out well for both sides.

Grandma Teitmsa, Aunt Gretchen, Mommy, and Daddy celebrated birthdays this month. That means Isaac got more cake!

He liked the fish. Not so sure about the rides!

For Father's Day we went down to the Shore and the Boardwalk.

June Events

Isaac got his first guitar from his friend Philip from church. He loved it so much he didn't put it down for 4 hours. Even in his sleep he plays. Teach me unkle Craig.

One Friday night, our friends Ashlynn and Amy came over for a bonfire. Unfortunately, we never invited the fire.

Grandma Teitsma's birthday was on Monday. We celebrated it by eating cake. This

On Memorial Day, Isaac wanted to go into the pool Grandma Teitsma got the duty of watching him. In 65 degree water. That is cold. Isaac didn't care. A fun time was had by all.

May 31st Ben is 5 months old!

Happy birthday Benji. He is 5 months old now. He likes bath time with his brother Isaac. Notice we cover up just like Adam in the Garden.

He also likes the dog that Isaac liked so much.

Here is our little thespian, who loves his "bapples." Jennifer was "busy" in the other room with Ben. She came into the kitchen to find that Isaac had climbed up on the table, helped himself to his 2nd "bapple", and was acting out the book "Johnny Appleseed." Either that or he was pretending to be the Scarlet Pimpernel.

Backyard

Isaac has this nice log cabin. It was given to us by a nice family in church. Their kids outgrew it and they were very happy to give it to Isaac.

We have some better pictures of this log cabin (when Wendi gives it to us). But these will be sufficient for now.

Isaac's cousin Jasmine

Jennifer's aunt, cousin and her daughter visited NJ last week. They were on the way from NC to Rhode Island for relocation. Now we can see them more. Jasmine is such a cutie. She knows a lot because she is 3.

They were watching Curious George and then Jasmine played some piano and sang.
